1 Hooky Mild 2.8% Hook Norton, Oxfordshire A dark chestnut coloured ale, full of roast malt flavours, and complemented with superb dry-hop aromas from English Goldings.
2 September Sun 3.6% Derby Brewing Co, Derbyshire A pale and refreshing beer, with a satisfying hop character.
3 Welland Valley Mild 3.6% Great Oakley, Northamptonshire A dark and flavoursome mild with a slight roast taste and a frothy off white head. It has aromas of chocolate, caramel, coffee, and dark fruits. It tastes, smooth and semi-dry with a chocolate brownie bitterness and hints of vanilla.
4 Daily Moos 3.8% Purple Cow, Northamptonshire A Chestnut session ale brewed with 3 different types of malt. German hops for bittering and NZ hops for aroma. A traditional Purple Cow best.
5 Styrian Blonde 3.8% Great North Eastern, Gateshead Slovenian hopped pale supping ale. Subtle and satisfying.
6 Hoof Hearted 3.9% Purple Cow, Northamptonshire A pale ale that consists of three different malts with a floral and fruity aroma profile that stems from a blend of US and NZ hops. This crisp, clean ale is certainly an all day drinker.
7 Green Green Grass of Home 4.0% Tudor, Abertillery Light Amber IPA. Columbus Cascade and Simcoe hops with CBD added. Malty citrus with a herby note.
8 Festival Coffee Porter 4.0% Windmill Hill, Warwickshire This Porter is based on our delicious Pump Room Porter, but packs a coffee punch! This rich porter is brewed with freshly ground coffee beans (added to the beer during fermentation), as well as having 150g of fresh whole beans to each cask for an extra coffee punch!

Medium Strength

9 Golden Wander 4.1% Hop & Stagger, Shropshire Golden Wander combines the great taste of First Gold hops which brings a slight citrus quality and produces a well-balance fruity bitterness, with Northern Brewer which has excellent balanced bittering properties and adds a slight spice finish.
10 Black Ice 4.1% Titanic, Staffordshire So easy drinking, Black Ice can cause even experienced travellers to slip up. A powerfully hopped black ale with citrus notes.
11 Monument 4.1% Tyne Bank, Newcastle upon Tyne Our award winning copper coloured bitter, Monument is a quintessential English ale. The carefully selected malt bill provides hints of biscuit and caramel, which are perfectly balanced by the best English hops giving a low bitterness and moreish flavour.
12 Chesterton IPA 4.2% Windmill Hill, Warwickshire A strong classic British ale; golden amber in colour, this well balanced beer consists of caramel, light fruits and roasted malt hints.
13 Waitangi Dawn 4.2% Halton Turner, West Midlands New Zealand hops are the real hero here, bursting with tropical fruit flavours, this session ale will perhaps go down too well. Vegan friendly
14 Best by Yards 4.3% Yard of Ale, Durham Our 4.3% copper-coloured best bitter with rich malt and a blend of British hops resulting in a long, bitter finish. A full-bodied golden ale, hopped with Cascade to give a good balance of hops with a slightly bitter finish.
15 Pirate Juice 4.3% Mighty Medicine, Greater Manchester An English hopped session IPA. Mid-sweet fruity nose, hints of peaches. Similar taste of mid-sweet fruits, peaches and apricot. Subdued bittersweet ending.
16 Subversion IPA 4.5% Backyard Brewhouse, Walsall Pale ale with a big, fruity character and spicy undertones.
17 Dark Drake 4.5% Dancing Duck, Derbyshire Oatmeal stout; delicious malty, caramel and liquorice flavours combine wonderfully in a velvety smooth-drinking stout with a freshly roasted coffee and toffee finish.
18 Hop Bomb 4.5% Derby Brewing Co, Derbyshire A vibrant and punchy APA with a huge American hop character of cirtussy Amarillo and piney Simcoe. A bright and zesty hop bomb.
19 Cheltenham Gold 4.5% Goffs, Gloucestershire Award-winning American hopped golden ale. Brewed with a blend of the seven ‘C’ hops, including Chinook, Citra and Cascade to give a light and citrussy hop burst.
20 Mount Mosaic 4.5% Great Heck, Yorkshire Mosaic is added in the boil to release the tropical fruit flavours this hop is known for, and then it’s dry-hopped with Mount Hood which imparts a spicy, almost herbal like aroma and finish. The perfect end to a satisfying beer!
21 Primo 4.5% Halton Turner, West Midlands English bitter: No contemporary twists, no gimmicks, just a true celebration of a style enjoyed for generations. Using English hops to provide a subtle bitterness that balances a biscuit sweet malty overtone. Vegan friendly
22 Super Hero APA 4.5% Tudor, Abertillery Vegan American Pale Ale, brewed using Simcoe hops. Light, fruity, citrussy. Vegan friendly
23 Final Furlong 4.5% Uttoxeter Brewing Co, Staffordshire A smooth English-style best bitter with a floral caramel aroma and taste.
24 Rock Collector APA 4.6% Boot, Derbyshire Celebrating 50 years since the first moon landing, this pale ale combines the best of American hops Centennial and Cascade, and finest UK malts to combine lovely floral, lemony zest to a toasty caramel malt base.
25 Gluten Free Pale Ale 4.7% Allendale , Tyne & Wear Our Gluten Free Pale Ale makes no compromise on flavour, fresh pine aroma gives way to bold tropical fruit flavours with a lingering bitter finish. Gluten free
26 Jigger Stout 4.8% Backyard Brewhouse, Walsall Smooth, rich dark ale. Mid-dry palate; sweet and understated bitter finish.

Strong Beers / Old Ales

27 Citra IPA 5.0% Backyard Brewhouse, Walsall Added to the range last year, this is an IPA brewed with a single variety of hop.
28 Hurricane 5.0% Black Storm, Tyne & Wear Beautifully brewed American style wheat beer. Cascade, Columbus and Sterling hops.
29 Stairway to Heaven 5.0% Burton Bridge, Derbyshire Classic English bitter, brewed with Fuggles and Goldings hops. Distinctive hoppy aroma; although 5%, it drinks as easily as a 4.2%, so beware!
30 Fallen Angel 5.0% Church End, Warwickshire A sharp, full-flavoured pale bitter. Buckets full of American hops give it that lemony edge. Took bronze in the ‘strong bitter’ category in the 2019 Champion Beer of Britain competition.
31 Bridgnorth Porter 5.0% Hop & Stagger, Shropshire A beautifully balanced dark beer with complex layers of taste that gives your taste buds hints of chocolate with some dark fruits coming through alongside the suggestion of caramel.
32 Moo York Moo York 5.0% Jolly Sailor/Purple Cow A collaboration between the two breweries, this is a fruity American IPA brewed with Summit, Columbus and dry hopped with Cascade.
33 Half Centurion 5.0% Kinver, Staffordshire A pale premium bitter with hop and citrus flavours.
34 Golden Thread 5.0% Salopian, Shropshire A triple hopping of English First Gold gives powerful citrussy flavours and vinous aromas; however, the malt grist of barley wheat and lager gives plenty of body and sweetness which balances the assertive bitterness.
35 Firestorm 5.2% Black Storm, Tyne & Wear Time for an Irish red ale brewed with English malts, hopped with English Fuggles and Challenger hops for a clean well-balanced ale.
36 Haka 5.2% Slater’s, Staffordshire Haka is an award-winning sweet New Zealand pale ale, beautifully balanced with a strong aromatic finish. Dry-hopped for three weeks.

Approach with caution

37 Impaler 5.5% Backyard Brewhouse, Walsall A beer so new, there isn’t a description for it yet!
38 Kashmir 5.5% Salopian, Shropshire An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA; citrus, pines and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with an extremely long lingering finish.
39 Black Rock 5.6% Tudor, Abertillery A smooth dark ale made with chocolate malt that tastes as velvety as it looks. Made for the ‘real’ real ale drinker. Vegan friendly
40 No Brakes IPA 5.9% Fixed Wheel, West Midlands Inspired by the fixed wheel couriers of the West Coast, this American inspired IPA has No Brakes and is full of classic American hops delivering up-front fruity citrus flavours; English malt adds some balance to the hops with a touch of sweetness.​

Halton Turner KeyKeg Bar

Glass Forest 4.0% Halton Turner, West Midlands German-style lager: Adopting big, robust malt bills from the Festbier style, we decided to rein in the ABV to make this a very clean, easy drinking lager with generous kettle hop additions. Vegan friendly
Hall Green With Envy 7.2% Halton Turner, West Midlands West Coast DIPA: Rich golden crystal malts counter a barrage of piney, citrus hops to create a full-bodied strong IPA with an underlying bitterness. Vegan friendly

Ciders/Perries

Raspberry Still Tickler 4.5% Caney’s (Warwickshire) A fruit cocktail of juicy goodness made from the traditional still cider, a little tart but sweet at the same time.
Strawberry Sunshine 4.5% Dorset Sunshine (Dorset) A medium cider, with real New Forest strawberries pressed and filtered for a rose coloured finish.
Panting Partridge 4.8% Newton Court (Herefordshire) Perry – medium, with a juicy pear taste and delicate wine finish
Vintage 6% Bollhayes (Devon) Medium - Made from a blend of traditional Devon cider apples and matured in oak barrels to create a mellow, seasoned cider.
Cockhaisy 6.3% Bignose & Beardy (Sussex) Dry - Made with apples from Cockhaise Mill farm
Gold Rush Sweet 6.5% Bere (Somerset) Sweet – Gold Rush is Bere’s flagship cider: traditional, still and blended from over 20 varieties of English apples
